GREECE - one of our destinations of choice
OUR MAIN DESTINATIONS (we do others as well!)
Greece and Athens is a Mediterranean gem offers everyting
the corporate visitor could want. Easy access, great
accommodation and food, culture that defies description,
superb value-for-money and good weather. Athens is a
wonderful, friendly city, and here are wonderful destinations
throughout the country. Plus, for English-only speakers, a
PORTUGAL - one of our destinations of choice
We have to recommend Austria as a truly wonderful
destination for a corporate meeting, incentive or conference.
Having undertaken a familiarisation trip to the lovely cities of
Salzburg and Vienna, we were extremely impressed with not
only Austria itself, but also with the facilities, hospitality,
accommodation, food and good prices.
Aside from the fact that they drive on the left, most people
speak English of a very communicable nature and the
weather is usually good, Thailand, Malaysia and Cambodia
are wonderful destinations. They are easily accessible from
most airports in the UK, and despite the distance, not too
expensive when flying coach via the very acceptably
comfortable Singapore Airlines.
Many people don't realise that Ireland has only five cities
(Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford) in the entire
country (Kilkenny, the sometimes/sometimes not a city, might
disagree!). So with just under five million people, there is not
only plenty of room, but plenty of opportunity to go “rural” and
leave city life far behind.
What can one say about the USA in a paragraph? It is so big,
in your face, that even a full website couldn't do it true
justice. There is just too much to see and too much to do. In
fact, the one thing in common all MICE delegates on a short
trip to the USA always say is that “we didn't have enough
time”. Our American Partner Larry is on-the-ground in Florida
ready to help us look after you. What more can we say?
Copenhagen has attractions and sights mostly within walking
distance. Perhaps the best known are the famous 100-year
old amusement park, the Tivoli Gardens, the statue of The
Little Mermaid and the freetown of Christiania. And for those
with an eye on retail therapy, Strøget is one of Europe's
longest pedestrian shopping streets with everything from
budget outlets to the world's most expensive brands.
UK (including one-off events, see here)
Our home stomping ground. Whether it's the hubbub of
London (ranked alongside New York as one of the only two
Alpha++ cities in the world) or St David's in Wales, with a
mere 1,800 inhabitants and the UK‘s smallest city, we
naturally enough know a ‘little’ something about hosting
corporate events on our own domestic doorstep.
Budapest, the capital of Hungary, is split ‘in half’ by the
famous River Danube, and its iconic, world-famous 19th-
century Chain Bridge connects the hilly district of Buda with
that of flat Pest. 223 museums and galleries, 837
monuments, 40 theatres, seven concert halls and the
magnificent Opera House. What more could you want?
Canada, which stretxches from the U.S. in the south to the
Arctic Circle in the north, has vibrant cities such as the huge,
multicultural Toronto; predominantly French-speaking
Montréal and Québec City. And more open space that you
coukd shake a stick at. A remarkable country.
As a popular destination for businesses and associations,
most corporate visitors feed back great results from holding
their event in Australia. It's not just sandy beaches, beer and
throwing another ‘shrimp on the barbie’; it’s about creativity
and getting on with it. It's a huge country (continent!) with
relatively few people, so it has to!
FIRST CLASS LUXURY FOR SMALLER GROUPS

Norway presents varied and stunning landscapes that extend
across the Arctic Circle. It is perhaps most famous for its
fjord-indented coastline together with its mountains, ski
resorts, lakes and woods. The main cities in Norway are Oslo,
Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim and Tromsø.
Lisbon is Europe’s western-most city, very mucn noted as an
all-seasons destination with very mild winters and temperate
summers. It is famed for Europe’s one time longest bridge,
the Vasco da Gama Bridge across Tagus River as well as its
imported American tramcars and magnificent architecture.
There’s plenty to see, do and of course, in season, legendary
Portuguese sardines on the menu.
